DOMESTIC SHIPPING

When delivered within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska), standard shipping via UPS Ground is charged at a flat rate of $4.95 and is FREE for orders over $49.

Mamaorganicvitamins.com processes orders 7 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing after you place your order. Standard UPS Ground delivery time is 2-10 days depending on your location.

Mamaorganicvitamins.com also provides expedited shipping as follows for an additional fee:
UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days*)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days*)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day*)
*Expedited shipping times are calculated from date of shipment, not date of order.

All items will be shipped with a verified UPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. This will be emailed to you when your package ships.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on UPS real-time costs which are based on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

Note: UPS does not deliver packages on weekends and national holidays.

In some cases your products may ship in more than one shipment (due to product availability, etc.) if you selected standard shipping. However, we will not charge additional shipping fees because of this.

If you wish to ship products to FPO, APO and PO Boxes, please contact our customer service. We will use the services of USPS for these orders, and shipping will be charged at USPS rates. Additional charges will apply if you provide an incorrect delivery address or if the package has to be forwarded to another location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Mamaorganicvitamins.com will ship orders to selected international destinations.

Mamaorganicvitamins.com will not be held responsible for international packages that do not arrive at their destination or arrive in a damaged condition. This can occur during customs inspection. Customers must know which ingredients are prohibited from entering their country.
