Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged product or are not satisfied with something you ordered from us, we guarantee to refund your full purchase price or replace or exchange the product, if you prefer, with no questions asked. Please return the unused portion of the product to us within 60 days, accompanied by a copy of your receipt. After 60 days, we will not be able to accept requests for returns or refunds.
Cancellations
Our objective at MaMaOrganicVitamins.com is to process and ship your order quickly. If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us before 3:00PM Eastern Time on the same day you place your order. After this deadline, we will not be able to accept a cancellation. In this case, please wait until you receive your order and return it to us for a full refund or credit.Out of Stock Items At MaMaOrganicVitamins.com, we try to ship your orders quickly but something you ordered may have run out of stock before we have finished processing your order.
